About the role
Africa-wide product-operations leadership role driving client onboarding, platform enablement, operational support, client escalation, feedback systems and scalable product-adoption processes. The position is remote within Africa with frequent travel to Nigeria.
Requirements
Experience in product operations, product management, technical account management or a closely related role; product-development processes; project/collaboration tools; quantitative and qualitative product analysis; strong client-facing communication and operational leadership. French and English are required.
