About the role
Responsibilities: Lead group financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, controls and risk management; oversee cash flow and funding; support debt raising and investment decisions; strengthen governance and management reporting. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field plus ICAN/ACCA/CFA; 8-10 years progressive finance experience; power, gas or energy-sector exposure preferred; strong leadership and modelling skills.
