About the role
Responsibilities: Read construction drawings and bar schedules; cut, bend, position and secure reinforcement steel; prepare reinforcement for concrete works; maintain safe work areas and coordinate with site supervisors and other trades. Requirements: Practical steel-fixing/iron-bending experience on construction sites; ability to interpret basic drawings and measurements; knowledge of construction safety; relevant trade certification is an advantage.
